Return & Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our tailoring services and made-to-order garments, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or offer refunds once an order has been confirmed and production has begun.

Each garment is individually made or altered based on the customer’s selected measurements, specifications, and design details. For this reason, all purchases are considered non-refundable and cannot be restocked or resold.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.


Customer Satisfaction & Adjustments

While all sales are final, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. We take pride in our craftsmanship and will make every reasonable effort to ensure the final garment meets expectations.

We will provide reasonable adjustments or alterations where necessary to achieve the intended fit and meet the agreed specifications of the order.


Company Errors

If any error occurs on our part, including mistakes in construction or deviation from the approved order details, we will take full responsibility and correct the issue at no additional cost to the customer. Our priority is to deliver a finished garment that reflects the original agreement and meets our quality standards.


Measurement Responsibility

All adjustment requests must be based on the original order specifications and submitted measurements. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate adjustments resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or self-reported inaccurate measurements provided by the customer, where possible. In some cases, additional alterations may be required to achieve the desired fit, and these may be subject to additional charges depending on the scope of work involved.


Craftsmanship Notice

Natural variations in handmade and tailored garments, including slight differences in stitching, drape, or fabric behavior, are considered part of the craftsmanship process and are not classified as defects.


Order Review Policy

Requests based on change of preference after approval of design details, fabric selection, or confirmed measurements are not eligible for complimentary alterations and may be treated as a new service request.


Resolution Process

To ensure proper resolution, any concerns must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery, along with supporting photos or details of the issue. This allows us to assess and address any legitimate concerns efficiently.

We reserve the right to determine whether an issue qualifies as a manufacturing error, alteration request, or customer-related adjustment based on the original order documentation and evaluation of the garment. That said, we are a customer-first tailoring company committed to service and satisfaction, and we will always make every reasonable effort to accommodate your needs and bring your vision to life wherever possible.
