What is the difference between a General Consultation and a Design Consultation?
A General Consultation is for clients looking to create items outside of our standard offerings. It’s an introductory session where we discuss your ideas, explore possibilities, and determine how we can bring your custom vision to life.
A Design Consultation comes with the purchase of your fabric and is an appointment where you select your design options, have your measurements taken, and receive a swatch of your selected fabric.
Is the consultation fee refundable?
The consultation fee is non-refundable for cancellations made less than one hour before the appointment and for no-shows. However, it may be credited toward a qualifying order.
Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are recommended to ensure dedicated time for your consultation and accurate measurements. If an in-person fitting is not possible, alternative measurement methods may be available when appropriate to help achieve the best possible fit
Ordering & Process
What is the typical turnaround time for a custom shirt?
Production times vary by fabric and design complexity, but most custom shirts are completed within the estimated timeframe provided at the time of order. However, all orders are generally expected to be completed within two weeks.
Can I request expedited production?
Rush services may be available depending on production capacity and fabric availability.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations, please contact us promptly. We are committed to providing exceptional service and will address the issue as quickly as possible to ensure your satisfaction.
Measurements & Fit
How do I provide my measurements?
Measurements can be taken during an in-person consultation or submitted using our measurement guide.
Can you work from a shirt that already fits me well?
Yes. An existing garment can often be used as a reference for fit preferences.
What if my garment requires adjustments?
We are committed to helping you achieve your desired fit and appearance. If adjustments are needed, alteration options are available to further refine your garment for the look and fit you prefer.
Customization & Design
Can I order fabric swatches before purchasing?
Yes. Fabric swatches are available for many of our collections.
Do you offer guidance if I’m not sure what design to choose?
Yes. During your consultation, we help guide you through design options to ensure your final selection fits your style.
Can I reorder a past custom design?
Yes. Once your design profile is created, we can replicate or adjust previous orders for future garments.
How should I care for my custom shirt?
Care instructions vary by fabric and will be provided with your garment. For the safest and most consistent results, professional dry cleaning is recommended, particularly for premium fabrics.
